Our bright, spacious facility features two unique studios: one with a suspended bamboo dance floor and the other with a cushioned aerobic floor for ultimate comfort. Every class is designed to meet all fitness levels, with instructors facing students to create a more personalized, connected experience.

Led by our dedicated BeFit Force, we’re proud to be the first in Southern NH to offer innovative fitness formats like Upbeat Barre & LIFT, SHiNE Dance Fitness, and B'LISS.
